How access works
Permission-based access
Every user sees only the information their relationship and role permits — access is checked server-side, not just hidden in the interface.
Row-level security
Records are protected by row-level security rules so participant data stays isolated between participants, families and organisations.
Audit trails
Significant actions leave audit records — including medication histories, incident follow-ups and administrative logs — so history is never silently rewritten.
Evidence you control
Exports and integrations use organisation-scoped credentials, so data leaving Behaviour Trackr stays under your control.
